Start a Prayer Group Today
Anyone can start a caring-based, Christian prayer group in four easy steps!
There’s only one way to get involved in an effective spiritual outreach at your place of work - get started! While it's easy, doesn’t take a lot of time, and doesn’t require anyone’s permission, it does take a commitment. It’s often referred to as Prayer Triplets. Here’s how it works:
Find a Prayer Team
Find one or two people at your workplace who are willing to pray with you for a few minutes a week for 6 weeks.
This can be done at a convenient time: before or after work or during a break. Find a quiet place – a chapel, classroom or office. If none is available you could meet in your car.
Pray Continuously
Pray specifically for your workplace, the staff, patients and others who pass trough there. Ask the Lord to touch their lives.
Make yourself available to God to use you in any way He leads.
Meet Together
After six weeks, evaluate what has happened: answered prayer, specific changes, etc.
Then determine what to do next. Are there others who may want to join? Are there opportunities for outreaches?

Saline Process Training
The Saline Process equips healthcare workers to impact their workplace for Christ by being SALT and LIGHT. This is a process that disciples, trains, and coaches healthcare workers to skillfully and confidently assess where a patient is in their journey towards faith in Christ.
Using the ethical principles of permission, sensitivity and respect, participants are introduced to practical tools that help them to personalize an approach to share the love of Jesus according to each patient’s needs.
